Background
Experience & perspective
Ruby is a former NHS doctor specialising in the design, evaluation and adoption of XR and AI in clinical training and simulation. She works with NHS, academic and industry partners to align technology with real learning needs.
Her PhD at the University of Cambridge explored XR-enhanced simulation with Cambridge University Hospitals and GigXR. She also holds a Master’s in Psychology and is a guest lecturer at Cambridge.
